What does "Best Rate Guaranteed" mean?
Best Rate Guaranteed simply means that by making your reservation on our website, you benefit from our best rates and exclusive offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Several solutions are available. We accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
What is the minimum length of stay?
There is no minimum stay during the week. However, from Friday to Saturday, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Is there a minimum age to rent a Stay Paris Collestion apartment?
Only people over the age of 21 are allowed to rent our apartments.
Which documents do you need to confirm the booking?
We will ask you for a copy of your ID a few days before your arrival.
Do you accept animals?
We do not accept animals in our apartments. However, we accept service dogs.
Can I extend my stay once I have settled in the apartment?
If the apartment is available, we will be happy to extend your stay. If not, we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
How do you deal with any damage?
In the event of any damage to the apartment occurring during the stay, Stay Paris Collection will assess both the cause and the estimated cost of repair or replacement. Should the Guest be held responsible, the corresponding amount shall be deducted from the security deposit. In the absence of a security deposit, or if the deposit is insufficient to cover the damage, Stay PAris Collection reserves the right to seek full compensation directly from the Guest.
